Christmas Rum Cakes
Chef Kishore’s masterpiece Christmas Cake is crafted with Exquisite ingredients. Chopped Apricots, Dates, Figs, Raisins, and Plums are mixed with the Finest Dark Rum & Grape Brandy and Spices for 3 weeks. Our Cakes are baked at the beginning of December and then allowed to “age” for a week that includes a Daily Rum Bath.
Cakes are Beautifully Gift wrapped with the holiday spirit in mind and are great gifts for the season or a Beautiful Centerpiece on your Dessert Table at your holiday party.
Our Cakes can be shipped anywhere in the United States and has a shelf life of 90 Days, if stored properly.

Sunday Dum Biriyani
Biriyani is a gift! Cherish it!!!
We are thrilled to cook some Delicious Malabar “Dum” Biriyani in the traditional “Dum” method on select Sundays, starting December 6th,this year, for Curbside Pickup in the 18B Arts District aka American Junction.
The “Dum” method is a unique cooking technique used for centuries in the preparation of this particular style of Biriyani. In this method, Rice and Sustainablly Sourced Meats & Produce are placed in layers in a cooking vessel,known as a “Biriyani Chembu”. The top lid is sealed with bread dough to ensure no steam escapes. The Biriyani is then cooked slowly over low wood fire. Burning coals are placed on the top to provide low heat from the top as well. And then what happens inside is MAGIC and mind blowing. Are you ready to have your mind blown?
